Quality

Which fabrics are Pepper Socks made off?
Pepper Socks are 80% cotton, 17% polyamide en 3% elastane. In our humble opinion the perfect combination for socks. While the cotton makes them super comfortable, the polyamide and elastane make them durable.

Ordering

Do I need an account to order?
You're not obliged to make an account to place an order. It can be useful in case you would want to buy more Pepper Socks later or if you want a orderhistory. But baseline is: yes, you can place an order without having an account.

How do I make an account?
If you order you will be able to make an account in Step 2. Once you did that, you'll be able to login by clicking on 'My account' on the top right.

Is there another way I can order?
You can only buy Pepper Socks on our website or in one of the shops that sell Pepper Socks. You can find a list of shops here.

Can I cancel my order?
As long as you didn't complete the order, you can just quit the site and your order will be cancelen. Did you complete your order and you still want to cancel, than we must ask to contact us via hello@peppersocks.be. In case your order didn't leave our facility yet, we can cancel it and refund you.

Delivery

How much does delivery costs?
It depends on your location. Every cost is clearly stated as soon as you choose you country, which leaves you the option to complete or cancel your order free of charge.

What's the delivery time?
Again, it depends on your location. If you're living in Belgium or The Netherlands you will receive your socks within two working days. For the rest of Europe you should keep in mind it can take up to 4 working days, for the rest of the world it may take up to 10 working days.

Can I collect my order?
You can but only at our facility in Ypres, Belgium. You can also go to a local store to buy socks but not to collect your online order.

Can I have my socks delivered on another address?
Sure, you'll be able to select that in Step 2 of the ordering process.

I gave you the wrong address, what do I do?
As long as we didn't send you your parcel yet, we can adjust that for you. Send us an e-mail or preferable a WhatsApp-message with your ordernumber and the correct address. If you're parcel is on the way we will do everything we can to fix the address but we are depending on the goodwill of the Bpack-helpdesk.

When is my parcel being shipped?
If you completed your order on a working day before 6PM CET, your socks will leave our facility today. If you placed your order during a holiday or in the weekend, your socks will be send to you the next working day.

Do I need to be home to receive the package?
If you're not living in Belgium: yes. It will require your signature to have your parcel delivered.

Contact us, we will help you out (and with a smile :) )

Giftcards

How do I use my giftcard?
On your giftcard there's a unique code. While finishing your order you will have a field to give in your code, right above the items in your basket.

Can I use my giftcard on a items that's in sale?
Absotulety, you can use the giftcard anywhere on our website.

When does my giftcard expire?
You ready for the good part? It doesn't! You can use your giftcards til the end of days.

The code on my giftcards doesn't work, what now?
Welp, that isn't how it's supposed to be. Send us an e-mail, we will fix that for you.

Payment

What payment methods are available?
There are a bunch. There's VISA, Mastercard, PayPal,... ... .

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Each and every one of our connections have been approved by thrid parties that check the websites securtiy. We are up-to-date with the latest European rules concerning online paymeny. Every payment runs through an HTTPS connection to secure your details. So yes, it's 100% safe.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Sure you can. As long as you let us know within 14 days after receiving your socks and if the socks are not out of their packaging, for obvious reasons. We will refund you the money after receiving the socks and the returnform that goes with it, which you can find here.

Can I return an item that was on sale?
Yep. As long as the packaging is still closed.

How is refund being handled?
We are refunding via the same method as you payed initially.
